The E-Warung project was designed as a solution to improve interns' and employees' access to food and daily necessities that are practical, hygienic, and easily accessible in the workplace. This study aims to develop a vending machine business plan for the Minori and Nagomi locations based on consumer needs and projected financial feasibility. The approach used data-based business planning through questionnaires, observations, price surveys, product categorization, slot-proportion calculations, and revenue and cash-flow simulations. The questionnaire involved 721 respondents, consisting of 569 respondents from Minori and 152 respondents from Nagomi. The analysis revealed differences in product preferences between locations that were associated with respondent characteristics. Widely recognized brands tended to receive higher demand. The financial projection indicated monthly gross revenue of Rp175,029,882 for Minori and Rp121,993,412 for Nagomi. Projected monthly net income was Rp21,399,929 and Rp14,825,118, respectively. The investment analysis showed that Minori had an NPV of Rp42,619,771, an IRR of 20%, and a PBP of 0.70 years, while Nagomi had a negative NPV of Rp15,324,402, an IRR of 17%, and a PBP of 0.69 years. Therefore, Minori demonstrated stronger investment feasibility, while Nagomi still showed potential for relatively rapid cash recovery.
